Sample Hat/s and Shirt/s
All of our products are of a very high quality, with stringent manufacturers codes, and any relevant Australian Standards, adhered to at all times, but we do realise that sometimes this is not enough.
On this page you can order Sample Hat/s and Shirt/s, but due to the high cost of providing samples, and the low cost of our products, we need to try and reduce this costing by initially charging for these. These samples are not printed or embroidered, and are for quality and/or sizing purposes only.
The way this works is that you pay for any samples sent, as well as covering postage, and when the samples are returned in a clean, unmarked condition, we will credit the cost of the samples to your order, or you can keep the samples with no refund due.
If for some reason you decide not to order, we will refund 50% of the costs when we receive the samples back in a clean, unmarked condition, or you can keep the samples with no refund due.
Please note that we do NOT credit/refund any postage costs, and all sample hat/s and/or shirt/s must be returned for credit/refund within 60 days of order.
Prices are listed in the Drop Down menu below, and postage is calculated on your Shopping Cart page, and is based on total invoice amount. Minimum postage is $5.50 and maximum postage is $16.50
Please note, that although we will do our best to supply requested Size and Colour of products for sampling, this is not always possible due to stock availability. We will do our best!
This Order Form is set up to accept Visa or Mastercard, and if you would prefer to pay by Direct Deposit to our bank account, you need to have a Paypal account, or you can contact us on (07) 4159 9871 for account details.
We use Paypal as our Gateway and you do not need a Paypal account to use this.
Once you have added your items and have finished shopping, simply press on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page, and this will take you to the Payment Options page which is self explanatory.
